Litsa started her career at McDonald’s Greece in 1993 and at the same time she began a degree in Business Management. In 3 years-time she was promoted to Restaurant Manager and when she was asked to join McDonald’s Cyprus to support the development of the country, she accepted with pleasure. Coming back to Greece in 2001, she took over the role of Operations & Training Consultant, but her passion for Quality & Food Safety led her to the Quality Assurance Department of McDonald’s Hellas.
In 2011, Litsa joined Premier Capital family, supporting also Malta restaurants, DC and suppliers in Food Safety & Quality procedures. Three years later she was promoted to Director of Quality Assurance and in 2015 she successfully prepared all McDonald’s restaurants and Head Office in Greece for ISO 22000 Certification, as well as for the McDonald’s Global Food Safety Leadership Award on 2020.
Litsa is honored to join the RMHC Team in Greece to support the mission of keeping families together when they need it the most. Her leadership and people skills will be valuable in establishing strong connections between the Charity and the Greek Community, in order to drive RMHC to success.
